This is very exciting!! I have been a visitor at Walt Disney World Orlando several times and absolutely love it! I also have had the pleasure of working with some folks down there. My experiences on both sides have been nothing but exceptional. I can’t wait to see all this come to life. Congrats to all of the cast members.

A little over a month ago, I started a new role at an L&D Coordinator at Panda Restaurant Group. One of the first things that new associates do is study The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I did not expect this book to reach me the way that it did. Panda's approach to leadership is holistic and encourages growth inside and outside the workplace. Currently, I am working on Habit #2 which is "Begin with the End in Mind". This book has helped me craft a "Personal Mission Statement", allowing me to reflect on the future career and personal life that I want. This is very personal to me, and I want my LinkedIn community to fundamentally understand what drives me. Personal Mission Statement:Making the world a better place through loving kindness. Telling stories that inspire innovation and greater understanding. Celebrating and sharing culture and different perspectives to bring people together to make a more perfect world. To earn the admiration, respect, and love of others during our journey together on earth.#7habitsofhighlyeffectivepeople #inspiringbetterlives #personalmissionstatement

Even though I just left Reyes Holdings, I’m so happy today to see that this finally closed! One of the last projects I was involved with was laying the groundwork to onboard 400+ new team members in the Hawaiian Islands. Congratulations to everyone at Reyes who worked to make this happen!
